Nicky Ajose will remain with Crewe for the rest of the season after extending his loan stay from Championship side Leeds.
The 23-year-old striker has scored three goals in five appearances for the Alex since joining in November, including a brace in the Boxing Day win at Oldham. Ajose's extension follows the news earlier on Thursday that midfielder Jamie Ness will also be staying at Gresty Road for the remainder of the campaign.
