Derby’s Tom Lawrence could find himself banned for the Championship play-off semi-finals against Leeds for diving.
The FA will review the referee's report from the Rams' 3-1 victory over West Brom on Sunday before deciding whether or not to retrospectively charge the striker for "successful deception of a match official", Sky Sports News understands.
The Derby striker went down in the box under a challenge from Kyle Bartley on 73 minutes at Pride Park and was awarded a penalty, which was converted by Harry Wilson to make it 3-1.
Frank Lampard's side sealed sixth place in the table with the victory - but Lawrence may find himself watching the semi-finals from the stands if he is charged and subsequently found guilty.
West Brom's Dwight Gayle was retrospectively banned for two matches earlier this season for diving to win a late penalty in the draw at Nottingham Forest.
