Bradley strike denies Saints

Bradley Wright-Phillips scored against his former club as Charlton grabbed a 1-1 draw at home to Southampton.

Saints went ahead in the 64th minute when defender Radhi Jaidi struck with a first-time shot from Guly Do Prado's corner. Charlton thought they had equalised when Miguel Llera's shot crashed off the underside off the crossbar but referee Andy D'Urso ignored the Spaniard's protests that the ball had crossed the line. But Charlton drew level, and denied Saints the chance to go second, with just three minutes remaining. Wright-Phillips latched onto a fine chip from Tottenham loanee Dean Parrett and slotted the ball past Kelvin Davis for his seventh goal since joining the Addicks and his 20th of the season.
