Liverpool youngster Alex O'Hanlon is attracting interest from Championship clubs including Sheffield Wednesday, Bristol City and Nottingham Forest, Sky sources understand.
The 20-year-old is out of contract this summer and clubs from League One, including newly-promoted Oxford United, are also understood to be keen on the Republic of Ireland U21 international.
O'Hanlon wants to play regular first team football and there appears to be no clear pathway for him into the first team at Anfield.
He is a left-sided or central midfielder who has been a regular for the Reds at U21, U20, U18 and U16 levels after being signed from Dublin-based St. Kevin's Boys Club as a 15-year-old.
O'Hanlon was snapped up by the Reds ahead of Manchester United in 2011.
