David Wagner says he is not expecting any surprises when his Huddersfield side take on Everton in Sam Allardyce's first game in charge.
Allardyce was appointed Ronald Koeman's successor at Goodison Park on Thursday, and was handed an 18-month contract.
Everton host Huddersfield on Saturday, but despite it being Allardyce's first game at the helm, Wagner believes he knows how his side's opponents will play.
He said: "Usually it isn't nice if a manager of an opponent changes shortly before you play them because then you can put all your tactics in the waste basket.
"This time, because it's Sam Allardyce and everybody is aware about how he usually sets his teams up, this isn't a major problem.
"Even if I'm only in England now for a little more than two years I know exactly how Sam Allardyce usually sets his team up. There will not be, I think, any big surprises."
Wagner confirmed that Kasey Palmer is back in training following a three month layoff with hamstring problems, and could feature at the weekend.
However, Huddersfield will be without Michael Hefele (Achilles), Philip Billing (ankle) and Jon Gorenc Stankovic (knee), while Rajiv van La Parra will serve the second of his three game ban.
