Chesterfield have successfully overturned the dismissal handed to Tommy Lee during Saturday's match against Sheffield United.
The 28-year-old goalkeeper was sent off for a foul on Ryan Flynn just outside the penalty area and will now be available for this weekend's clash at Bristol City. "From the evidence adduced the members ruled that it was a case of wrongful dismissal," an FA spokesperson told Chesterfield's official club website. Spireites' assistant manager Leam Richardson added: "Tommy has been playing well for us this season and we are pleased that he will be available this weekend."
