Walsall have confirmed that defender James Chambers has agreed a new one-year deal with the club.
The experienced full-back made 44 appearances last season having arrived at the Banks's Stadium in August. "I'm very pleased to have got this new deal sorted," he told the club's official website. "I'm happy with the way that the team and I have been playing and I'm happy with the people that I work with here. "There is a good nucleus of players already at the club and if we can build on that with some new additions, we can look forward to what the new season holds in store. "These are exciting times and I am delighted to be part of it."
