Please use Chrome browser for a more accessible video player

Ted Kravitz gives his thoughts on Saturday's qualifying session at the Spanish Grand Prix.

There's only one way to spend a Saturday night in: with Ted's Qualifying Notebook!

As the pendulum continues to swing in metronomic fashion between Mercedes and Ferrari in what's turning out to be one of the most engrossing two-team title fights for years, Ted analyses where Spanish GP pole was won for Lewis Hamilton and lost for Sebastian Vettel, Valtteri Bottas and Kimi Raikkonen.

As ever, Ted rounds up the need-to-know stories of all 20 drivers and 10 teams - including Fernando Alonso's out-of-the-blue run to seventh on the grid for McLaren.

The Notebook is free to view for all in the UK and Ireland and you can watch it in the video above!
