Vietnam joins F1 calendar in 2020

The first simulations of Hanoi's track for the 2020 Vietnam GP have been released, and Anthony Davidson is here to analyse a lap around the new circuit.
Vietnam will host its first F1 race next year, with the Hanoi track to become the fourth street circuit on the calendar - joining Monaco, Singapore and Azerbaijan.
The venue is located to the west of Hanoi and will use a mix of existing and newly-built roads in its 22-corner layout, which runs to 5.565km.
Ground was broken on the new circuit in March, with parts of the layout inspired by existing and former F1 circuits.
Watch the video at the top of the page as Ant takes a virtual lap around the new circuit and looks at potential overtaking spots and key challenges drivers might face.
