Jose Mourinho made a surprise appearance at the Monaco GP as the Manchester United manager takes a break from football following his side's Europa Cup win.
Speaking to Sky Sports F1, Mourinho revealed he was intent on taking a month off from his day job and started his mini-break in style as he arrived in the Monte Carlo paddock just in time for Saturday's all-important qualifying hour.
"I don't care about football for a month. I'm really happy with our season, the trophies, to be back in Champions League but now I have a rest, to disconnect completely and enjoy my family and friends and other sports I like," Mourinho said before being pressed about United's rumoured transfer targets.
"I have no idea if Antoine Griezmann will come to United. Ask Ed Woodward. He knows since March who I want, what I want and how much I want. Now is for him to work."
