Watch as Sky Sports F1's Paul di Resta analyses Nico Rosberg's controversial pole position lap for the Hungarian GP.
Rosberg snatched pole out of the grasp of team-mate Lewis Hamilton at the Hungaroring after the Englishman slowed to a crawl when he encountered the spinning McLaren of Fernando Alonso.
But Rosberg, behind Hamilton on the road as Q3 reached a dramatic conclusion, was able to complete his lap and take pole in the process - with the footage of his Mercedes passing the double-yellow flags for Alonso's mistake immediately placed under close scrutiny.
"I had a very big lift and lost a lot of time as a result. I'm sure that'll be okay," said the Mercedes driver.
Rosberg was subsequently summoned to the Budapest stewards to explain his actions, but was given the all-clear and kept pole position.
