Natalie Pinkham is joined by former F1 Driver David Brabham and Sky Sports F1's Marc Priestley as they review the opening race of 2016

Former McLaren mechanic Marc Priestley and former F1 driver David Brabham join Natalie Pinkham to look back at a dramatic season-opening Australian GP.

Mercedes may have begun the year as they finished the last, with a one-two qualifying and race finish, but Ferrari showed F1 2016 could have a fierce head-to-head title challenge on the cards after Sebastian Vettel ran Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton close.

But should the Scuderia actually have won? Marc and David discuss the right and wrongs of Ferrari's tyre strategy after the red flag for Fernando Alonso and Esteban Gutierrez's horrifying accident.

The F1 Report guests pay testament to the sport's safety standards after Alonso walked away unscathed, while also looking at whether Max Verstappen was right to be irked by Toro Rosso's decisions.

And there's plenty of reaction to the various debuts in Melbourne - including Haas, Jolyon Palmer, and elimination qualifying.
