The World Grand Prix in Dublin, the widest open major darts tournament in memory, reaches its semi-final stage on Friday night with four surprise participants.

The world No 32 has enjoyed a fairy-tale week so far, eliminating Michael van Gerwen on the first night and Raymond van Barneveld on Thursday.
