Gary Anderson has won the PDC World Darts Championship for the second year in a row after beating Adrian Lewis 7-5

Gary Anderson won the PDC World Darts Championship for the second year in a row after a 7-5 win over Adrian Lewis in a record breaking final.

The Scot hit a stunning 170 checkout to move one leg from victory and then pinned double 12 to secure the title in a high-scoring encounter which featured 34 180s, a new world record.
