England drew their opening Ashes warm-up match against a WACA XI in Perth over the weekend, with a number of players performing well for the tourists.
But apart from a few high-profile names such as skipper Joe Root, former captain Alastair Cook, James Anderson and Jonny Bairstow, some locals are struggling to name a possible England XI for the Gabba opener on November 23.

England's next warm-up game is a day-night clash against Cricket Australia at the Adelaide Oval which gets underway at 3.30am GMT on Wednesday, followed by a traditional day game against the same opposition in Townsville from November 15.
