Surrey have signed Australia all-rounder Mitchell Marsh as their overseas player for the 2018 season.
Marsh, who has played 21 Tests, 48 ODIs and nine T20s since making his Australia debut in 2011, will be available for Surrey in all formats, subject to international commitments.
"The opportunity to challenge myself in English conditions is something I can't wait for," said Marsh, the son of former Australia opener Geoff.
"I have followed the team closely this year and hopefully I'll be able to contribute to some silverware, along with helping a young squad grow and improve."
Surrey director of cricket, Alec Stewart, added: "I'm very pleased to announce the signing of Mitch Marsh, a highly talented, exciting and motivated international all-rounder.
"His all-round abilities and experience will add great balance and depth to our squad in all formats of the game and I look forward to welcoming him to the Kia Oval for the start of next season."
Marsh's brother Shaun played county cricket for Yorkshire last season, having previously enjoyed a spell at Glamorgan in 2012.
