Ian Ward is joined by David Lloyd, Nasser Hussain and Michael Atherton at the Kensington Oval in Barbados to discuss their memories of the ground, some of the great West Indian fast bowlers and the first Test between Windies and England.

Nasser still has not quite forgiven Athers for not selecting him for the fourth Test of the 1993/94 series in the Caribbean, despite England being bowled out for just 46 at the Port of Spain in the second innings of the previous match.

With a plethora of outstanding former West Indian fast bowlers, the trio talk about who was the quickest and recall facing some of their biggest foes on the cricketing stage.

Aside from some hilarious anecdotes, there is also plenty of discussion on the selection issues for Joe Root's side in the upcoming series, as they ponder whether two spinners should be picked and if the team are too batsman heavy.

The opening pair of Rory Burns and Keaton Jennings come under some scrutiny - espiecally with Jason Roy waiting in the wings for his chance in the red-ball cricket.

And, when discussions move onto the hosts, Shannon Gabriel's undoubted talent and impressive form with the ball at home are obvious positives but their fragile batting is equally a cause for concern.
