Ben Stokes reached his fifth Test century in spectacular fashion with successive sixes and Toby Roland-Jones dismantled South Africa with 4-39.

The Proteas - back in the series at 1-1 after winning at Trent Bridge - were rocked back on their heels as debutant Roland-Jones ripped through the top-order.
At the close they were in deep trouble on 126-8, still 227 runs behind England's 353 all out, needing to reach 154 to avoid the follow-on.
The pick of his haul was a sharply-rising delivery that kissed Hashim Amla's glove on its way through to Jonny Bairstow.
Roland-Jones had earlier struck a breezy 25 as he and Stokes swelled England's overnight 171-4.
Stokes cracked two sixes to post his fifth Test century off 144 deliveries, before launching a third six off as many balls from Keshav Maharaj to celebrate his century.
