Openers Karl Brown and Haseeb Hameed fell for single-figure scores to Jake Ball (2-29), but no further final-day drama occurred, as the hosts cruised to an eight-wicket win.
Alviro Petersen struck 31 off 25 balls, while Luke Procter hit 35 from 45, including three fours and a six in one Samit Patel over that confirmed Lancashire's victory.
The hosts closed on 304-6 in their second innings, leading by 288, with Adam Voges (92) the last wicket to fall for the day.
The high-scoring game always seemed destined for a draw, with former England batsman Jonathan Trott also striking a double-century in the match, hitting an unbeaten 219 on day three, although not quite bettering Robson's 231.
Hampshire added only three runs and one wicket to their overnight score, before declaring on 453-9, still 140 adrift of Yorkshire's mammoth first innings score.
Captain Andrew Gale top-scored with only 46 in Yorkshire's second dig, as James Tomlinson took 3-31 to help Hampshire run through the Yorkshire batting order.
