Joe Root will be pleased to have plundered his highest ODI score of 125 at Centurion - but he'll be disappointed by the result of the match.
That's because South Africa chased down England's Root-inspired 318-8 with 22 balls to spare courtesy of terrific centuries from Quinton de Kock (135) and Hashim Amla (127).
The victory kept the one-day series alive with the Proteas cutting the tourists' lead to 2-1 ahead of the final two encounters, in Johannesburg on Friday and Cape Town on Sunday.
Watch the best of the third ODI in the video above - and then catch match four at Wanderers from 11am, Friday, Sky Sports 2.
