The game of cricket has changed since Nasser Hussain's day.
But that didn't stop him trying to get the better of Jonny Bairstow in a six-hitting contest during an England training session while out in South Africa.
Bairstow had a blast at six balls thrown down by an ex-England tame-mate of Nasser's, Graham Thorpe, before the Sky Sports pundit had a go himself.

It wasn't the only thing Nasser got stuck into at training, though, as he also took in some fielding drills when watching how England prepare during their ODI series in South Africa.
Leading 2-0, see if England can secure the series in Centurion on Tuesday, with live coverage of the third ODI between South Africa and England on Sky Sports 2 HD from 11am.
