A pick of the action from the third day of the fourth and final Test

Kagiso Rabada took Test-best figures for South Africa as they built a big lead over England on day three of the fourth Test.

Rabada took 7-112 as England slipped to 342 all out, trailing by 133 runs before the hosts reached stumps on 42-1 when bad light stopped play.

Resuming the day on 138-2, Alastair Cook was the first wicket to fall, for 76 to Morne Morkel, Rabada added the prize scalp of Joe Root for the same score, before then cheaply removing James Taylor and Jonny Bairstow.

Moeen Ali (66) added some lower-order fireworks before James Anderson took England's only wicket, with Dean Elgar edging behind.
