Dereck Chisora delivered a reminder of his abilities on a huge night for British heavyweight boxing with a third-round knockout of his late-notice opponent Jakov Gospic.
The Finchley fighter was only drafted onto Anthony Joshua and Dillian Whyte's card earlier in the week to replace the ill Josh Warrington and was always in command of his outmatched foe Gospic, who had even less time to prepare.
Chisora seemed content to stroll through the opening six minutes until a body shot and an uppercut collapsed Gospic in the third-round of a scheduled eight.
It was his second win in a week after defeating Peter Erdos in Germany via TKO last Saturday night, improving his record to 24-5 (16 KOs). Chisora has now won three fights in a row since losing to new world champion Tyson Fury.
