After his latest knockout victory, Conor Benn reveals the secrets behind his explosive punches - and says his power is only going to get stronger.
But how did Benn become a destructive puncher at such a young age?
He reveals the intense training regime that helped mould the 'Destroyer'.
I don't think it's the power, it's the explosiveness, just the rapidness of my punches. I've hit a lot of people and they go all funny. They walk like Bambi.
I think it's timing. The guy I caught at the weekend was simply due to timing. It was a hard right hand down the middle, but I realised it was not even my hardest punch.
It was more like a quick counter and I didn't even step in with the shot. You catch anyone off guard and they are going down. It's the punch you don't see.
I have stopped doing weights now. I have just started doing more explosive weights. In my time off, I was doing loads of bodybuilding, lifting weights to put on a bit of muscle.
Now I have stripped down but have kept quite a lot of size. I'm able to still make 10st 7lbs no problem.
I was doing heavy weights and doing 12 reps, whereas now I'm doing six reps, very explosive with resistance bands on. You can increase a lot of strength in doing that.
You can feel it. When I hit him with that right hand, I walked off because I knew there was no way he was staying up from that.
You know physically when someone isn't getting up. I hit him and I thought there is no way you can get up from that. When I mean get up, you get knocked down, but there is no way you are standing up from that.
It's footwork. I threw something and my foot was already in place to come back with the right hand.
It's funny how we are talking about the first knockdown and not the actual knockout punch, because I think the first knockdown was the punch that did it. I'm telling you, I hit him hard with that punch.
He threw something and didn't know I was going to come back with something. My footwork, everything was in line, but timing is key.
It's the same thing over and over again. That was what I was doing for about eight months, the same thing, and it's just all learning. Muscle memory.
Probably the left hook. I love a left hook.
One hundred per cent. I'm a 20-year-old kid, who is just coming into the game. Wait until I'm 25, 26, and watch me start cleaning up the division.
