Isaac Chamberlain remained on course for a fight with Lawrence Okolie, while there were also wins for Craig Richards, Jake Ball and Danny Dignum at London's O2 Arena.
Chamberlain, 23, earned a stoppage win over Ryan Crawford to keep alive the possibility of a future fight with London rival Okolie after the pair clashed at Wednesday's public workout.
The Brixton cruiserweight unleashed a barrage of punches on Crawford in the second round, a crunching right uppercut off the ropes dropping 'Ryno' to the floor before he was eventually counted out by the referee.
Speaking to Sky Sports after the fight, Chamberlain said: "It was a good performance, but I want to talk about future plans and I want to dominate the division.
"Now it is time to step up and show where I can go. The Okolie fight will happen very soon, but not at the moment - I'm not looking behind me. For now, I'm looking at the top 10 and getting another belt around my waist."
Promoter Eddie Hearn echoed the thoughts of Chamberlain, saying: "I definitely wouldn't want to see that fight happen this year. Maybe next spring, next summer."
Light-heavyweight Jake Ball proved too strong for Jamie Ambler, stopping his opponent in the fourth round to get his second successive stoppage victory.
Meanwhile, Londoner Craig 'Spider' Richards earned his ninth win from as many fights after a gruelling points victory over Portugal's Rui Manuel Pavanito. Essex fighter Danny Dignum also remained unbeaten after claiming a points decision over Yailton Neves.
