Mike Perez marked his comeback at cruiserweight with a stoppage win over Viktor Biscak after just 29 seconds in Belfast.

The Cuban returned to the ring following a two-year absence and needed just a handful of punches to end the resistance of Biscak, who complained of an ankle injury after toppling to the canvas.

Perez showed off a new muscular physique after moving down from heavyweight and easily brushed aside his previously unbeaten Slovakian opponent.

Stalking forward in his southpaw stance, Perez sent out a range-finding jab before unloading a looping right hand that sent Biscak toppling backwards by the ropes.

Biscak did not appear eager to fight on, rising gingerly from the canvas, and the referee quickly waved off the fight.
