Boxers and trainers usually talk a good game, but what about Gavin McDonnell and David Coldwell ahead of their world title chance?
Well we put them to the test when McDonnell swapped sparring for a crack at Mouth Trap before his WBC shot against Rey Vargas on February 25, live on Sky Sports.
But before that, the fighter and trainer took each other on to see who can handle the latest gumshield game and come up with the words we gave them.
McDonnell takes on Vargas for the vacant WBC super-bantamweight in Hull later this month and even if the Mexican has been full of words this week, the Doncaster man was as well.
Could Coldwell understand his fighter? Does McDonnell get what his trainer is saying? And do either of them keep a straight face?
