David Haye has insisted that Tony Bellew is “believing his own lies” after a tense meeting on The Gloves Are Off.

The feuding pair will settle their rivalry on March 4, live on Sky Sports Box Office from The O2 Arena, but traded verbals last Friday night filming a must-see edition of The Gloves Are Off.

Asked why Bellew questioned his heart, Haye exclusively told Sky Sports: "Because he needs to. He needs something to get confidence from, and won't get confidence from my attributes. So he says that I've got no heart.
