Katie Taylor makes her professional debut at Wembley Arena on Saturday on a packed bill, featuring Ohara Davies, Martin J Ward and Ben Hall.
Ireland's former amateur star will complete her transition to the paid ranks when she faces Karina Kopinska during a busy night of action in the capital, live on Sky Sports.
Taylor will be joined on the bill by a selection of the hottest homegrown young talents, including unbeaten super-lightweight Davies and super-featherweight Ward, who defends his British title against Ronnie Clark.
Hall, a rising super-welterweight prospect, will make a big step-up in class when he battles American danger man Carson Jones.
Taylor will be hoping to continue her remarkable success story after winning every available top prize in the amateur code, including gold medals at the Olympic Games, World Championships and European Championships.
The 30-year-old starts her professional career at lightweight with a six-rounder against Poland's Kopinska, who already has the experience of 24 bouts.
Kopinska could provide Taylor with a testing opening fight as the 27-year-old went 10 rounds on her last appearance and has been halted only once.
The exciting Davies can propel himself up the rankings if he produces a career-best win over Andrea Scarpa.
On his last trip to Britain, Scarpa stopped John Wayne Hibbert to claim the WBC silver title, and will want to dish out another painful setback to Davies.
But the unbeaten Hackney man has proven his punch power with 11 knockouts in 13 wins, and will be hunting another victory inside the distance.
Ward makes the first defence of his British belt against Clark after stopping Andy Townend to claim the vacant title in September.
The 25-year-old champion will be hoping to build on his dominant win over Townend, who was was halted in the eighth round.
Clark could pose a sterner challenge as he is enjoying a four-fight winning run and held the respected Ryan Walsh to a draw in 2012.
The 23-year-old Hall will put his unbeaten record at risk when he takes on the battle-hardened Jones, who is well known for his fights with Kell Brook and Brian Rose.
Brook survived a scare against Jones before escaping with a points win in their first fight in 2012, while the Oklahoma man claimed a swift stoppage win over Rose three years later.
But Hall has done little wrong as a professional and a win over Jones will prove he is ready to pursue major titles in 2017.
