Lee Haskins will defend his IBF world bantamweight title against former champion Stuart Hall at The O2 on September 10, live on Sky Sports Box Office.
Haskins will put his title on the line for a second time when he tackles bitter rival Hall in a long-awaited rematch on the undercard to Kell Brook's showdown with middleweight king Gennady Golovkin.
Bristol southpaw Haskins stopped Ryosuke Iwasa in six rounds in June last year to win the title and successfully defended it with a one-sided points win over Ivan Morales in May.
Hall is on a mission to regain the IBF title which he lost to Paul Butler in his second defence in 2014, while also gaining revenge over Haskins after losing to him at European level in 2012.
Promoter Eddie Hearn is predicting a close contest between the two bantamweight rivals.
"September 10 has just become even bigger with this domestic world title grudge match added to the card," said Hearn.
"It's a real 50-50 clash and with the domestic 118lbs scene really hotting up, it's a must win for both fighters."
Their fight is the third world title clash on a huge night of boxing in London which is headlined by Brook's clash with Golovkin.
IBF welterweight champion Brook will step up two divisions against Golovkin when he challenges his fellow undefeated rival for the IBF, WBC, WBA and IBO titles.
Former Team GB star Charlie Edwards takes on Johnriel Casimero for the IBF world flyweight strap while Conor Benn will continue to follow in his father Nigel's footsteps when he has his fourth fight in the paid ranks.
