Tyson Fury has shrugged off Anthony Joshua's jokes over his physique and pointed out "you can't put muscles on your chin".
Fury (25-0-KO18) is currently bidding to lose over three stone during preparations to defend his WBA Super and WBO world heavyweight titles in a rematch with Wladimir Klitschko on July 9.
Joshua (16-0-KO16), who seized the IBF crown stripped of Fury on April 9, recently took to social media to brand his compatriot 'fat boy' and subsequently offered to help him shed the weight for his return clash with Klitschko.
But Fury told Sky Sports: "I think it's just natural genetics. You can come get some people who are naturally ripped and only have to do a little bit of work on it. Ovil McKenzie, he hardly does any weights but he is absolutely ripped.
"We all do weights obviously because we are heavyweights, but I am never going to be Mr Universe and I don't need to be. I am a fighting man.
"You don't see a good-looking pitbull, do you? With its tail docked off, it's ears docked off, and their face in bits like it's been chopped up by a badger.
"That's what I am. I am a natural fighter. I am the Gypsy King. I don't need muscles - and you can't put muscles on your chin. I've beaten plenty of six packs, don't worry about that.
"Whatever they put in front of me, I've got the agility and the style to beat and overcome them. You know why? Because I'm a gypsy and gypsies adapt to any situation and any environment."
Fury and Joshua have both spoken enthusiastically over the possibility of meeting in a world title unification bout later this year.
