Anthony Dirrell will return on the same card as his brother Andre when they headline the Premier Boxing Champions show next month in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Former WBC super-middleweight champion Anthony Dirrell will take on former world title challenger Caleb Truax over 10 rounds in a super-middleweight clash on April 29.
"It's an honour to be fighting on the same card as my brother," said Anthony (28-1-1-KO22).
"It's going to be a great night of boxing. Truax is a good, rugged fighter who will bring out the best in me. I need someone to push me to the max.
"My prediction is always a knockout."
Fellow American Truax boasts a record of 26-2-2-KO16 and will be having his second fight since he was stopped by WBA middleweight champion Daniel Jacobs 12 months ago.
Anthony's big brother Andre will be back in action after his bid to win the vacant IBF super-middleweight title ended in a points defeat to James DeGale in May.
The 32-year-old, who also lost a split decision to WBC champion Carl Froch in 2009, will return against Blake Caparello.
"April 29 is going to be a fun night of boxing," said Andre. "Caparello is hungry just like me and he's fighting for his career so I know he's a very dangerous man.
"Everything in camp has been perfect so far. I'm excited that both Anthony and I will get to showcase our skills and spread our family name even more on the same Spike show."
Caparello (22-1-1-KO6) is aiming to get back in the world title mix after dropping back down in weight since losing to WBO light-heavyweight champion Sergey Kovalev in 2014.
The Australian southpaw floored Kovalev in the first round but the undefeated Russian responded with three knockdowns in the second to force a stoppage.
