Kell Brook continued his IBF title defence preparations with a sparring session against Sky Sports' Johnny Nelson.
The IBF world welterweight champion is getting ready to defend his world title against Kevin Bizier, live on Sky Sports, on Saturday.
But he was more than happy to take on a former world champion Nelson, who had all the moves and still looked the part... at first!
