Jake Ball's promising career is back on track after a first-round stoppage of Olegs Fedotovs at York Hall.
The 24-year-old light-heavyweight halted his Latvian opponent in just 58 seconds to banish memories of his first professional defeat.
Ball suffered a shock first-round knockout to JJ McDonagh last November and produced a ferocious response, unloading a flurry of punches on Fedotovs from the opening bell.
As 'The Blade' landed with a succession of left hands, the referee quickly stepped in to signal the stoppage, much to the dismay of Fedotovs.
Promoter Eddie Hearn admitted that he wants Ball to work towards a rematch with McDonagh.
"Whenever a fighter loses, he wants a rematch to avenge that defeat - just like Luke Campbell and Yvan Mendy," said Hearn.

Exciting middleweight Felix Cash extended his unbeaten record with an entertaining points victory over Jay Byrne in Bethnal Green.
The former Team GB fighter displayed his class from the opening bell as he blasted through Byrne's defences with punches from head to body.
Byrne was not going to lose his own unbeaten record without a fight, despite spiteful body shots from Cash.
An uppercut from Cash hurt the Irishman in the fourth, but the 23-year-old had to settle for a 60-54 verdict.
Miles Gordon-Darby was made to work for a 39-38 points victory over Jamie Ambler in the opening bout of the evening.
The 22-year-old cruiserweight landed a crisp uppercut in the second round, while a sharp right hand sent Ambler back to the ropes in the third.
But the Welshman responded with a string of body shots as Gordon-Darby edged a tight verdict for his second professional win.
