Highlights of the Miami Open final as John Isner won the biggest title of his career, holding every service game to rally past Alexander Zverev in a thriller.
Isner became the first American man to win the tournament since Andy Roddick in 2010 and the 32-year-old joined Sloane Stephens, who won the women's title Saturday, to complete the first sweep for the United States in the event since 2004.
The giant Isner improved to 6-2 against top-10 players since the start of 2017 and his scintillating win at Key Biscayne helped lift him to ninth spot in the rankings.
