Benoit Paire added to his ever-growing list of outstanding shots as the unorthodox Frenchman produced a hotdog lob during his Miami Open first-round victory against Mischa Zverev.
The 28-year-old has gained a reputation for his shot-making in his career and showcased his undoubted talent in a comeback 1-6 6-1 6-2 win against his German opponent.
Paire, a former top-20 player, started slowly against Zverev at Crandon Park but when leading 5-0 during his second-set revival performed a hotdog lob on the run before nonchalantly winning the point with a volley winner.
The world No 47, whose only tour title came on the clay in Bastad in 2015, eased through the deciding set to set up a second-round encounter against six-time champion Novak Djokovic.
