Grigor Dimitrov beat Nick Kyrgios in straight sets in the Cincinnati Open final to claim his biggest career win to date.
The Bulgarian came through 6-3 7-5 in sweltering conditions, earning a seventh career title and his first in a Masters 1000 event.
A break in each set got the job done for the seventh seed, although Kyrgios made him work as he saved three break points in the seventh game of the second.
The Australian could not repeat the trick four games later, though, Dimitrov moving 6-5 ahead before serving out for the championship.
"I love playing here," Dimitrov said on the ATP website. "This tournament has actually been one of my favourite tournaments."
