Andy Murray took on his fastest opponent ever when he went head-to-head in a unique contest with Jaguar’s F-TYPE SVR driven by tennis legend, John McEnroe.

Andy Murray joined John McEnroe for a unique training session on a race track before the start of Wimbledon next week.

The British No 1 is hoping to repeat his 2013 title win in this year's tournament and McEnroe, a three-time Wimbledon winner, has backed Murray to challenge for the trophy.

In last week's Wimbledon draw, Murray was handed a first round match against fellow Brit Liam Broady, and defending champion Novak Djokovic could lie ahead if he reaches another final.
