In the first game, Rhys Webb scored two tries at the death to hand Ospreys a 40-27 derby win over Cardiff Blues, while in the second game, Scarlets grabbed a try bonus point to do the double over Newport Gwent Dragons with a 34-20 victory.
Meanwhile, in the Aviva Premiership, Exeter exacted revenge over Wasps for their last-gasp Champions Cup semi-final exit with an impressive 24-3 victory.
