Munster make up more than a third of the Guinness PRO12 team of the season with six of their players included.
Centres Jaco Taute and Rory Scannell, fly-half Tyler Bleyendaal, lock Billy Holland and props John Ryan and Dave Kilcoyne are all named in the XV after helping Munster secure a home semi-final in the PRO12.
Bleyendaal was named Munster's Player of the Year this week and has scored 126 points in the PRO12 this season. He is also in contention for the competition's Golden Boot award, having converted 57 of his 67 attempted kicks.
Munster are second in the PRO12 table going into the final round of fixtures on Saturday, three points behind leaders Leinster.
Back-row duo Dan Leavy and Jack Conan are the only players selected from Leinster while their opponents on Saturday, Ulster, also have two players in the side in winger Charles Piutau and scrum-half Ruan Pienaar.
Last year's champions Connacht only have one representative in the team of the season in full-back Tiernan O'Halloran. The Irishman has completed 280 carries in the competition, 39 more than his nearest rival.
Scarlets' forwards James Davies and Ken Owens are the only Welsh players selected while Edinburgh's Ben Toolis and Glasgow's Tommy Seymour make up the rest of the line-up.
