Ospreys' Steve Tandy has made eight changes to his starting line-up for the trip to Italy. The side comes into the affair on the back of a 13-6 win over rivals Cardiff Blues at the Liberty Stadium last week as they look to rebuild their PRO12 campaign following a poor start.

"We are going out to Italy knowing that we have to be at our very best on Sunday," said Tandy.

"They've got an excellent record at their place, are a very dangerous side, and if we are just a couple of percent off our game then we won't get what we need from the game.

"Our slow start in the PRO12 means there's no margin for error for us."

Dan Biggar, who this week signed a new dual contract for club and country, sits on the bench while last week's man of the match Sam Davies starts in the No 10 jersey.

Ma'afu Fia will make his debut for Ospreys if he comes off the bench.
