Coenie Oosthuizen has been called into the South Africa squad for Saturday's deciding Test against Ireland, live on Sky Sports.
The Sharks prop will provide a front-row option following Trevor Nyakane's withdrawal with a badly swollen ankle.
Oosthuizen has 23 caps for South Africa and will be in contention to start in Port Elizabeth with the three-match series tied at 1-1.
Duane Vermeulen (elbow) and Patrick Lambie (concussion) are also missing for the hosts, who won 32-26 in Johannesburg at the weekend to stay alive in the series.
