Australia flanker Dean Mumm is available to play against England on Saturday after avoiding a ban for his dangerous tackle on Ireland's Tadhg Furlong last weekend.
Mumm was sin-binned for dump tackling Furlong at a ruck with Australia on the attack during the early stages of Saturday's 27-24 defeat in Dublin.
He was singled out by the citing commissioner after the match and had to appear before an independent disciplinary committee on Tuesday in London to answer his case.
Mumm accepted that he had committed an act of foul play but asserted that it would not have warranted a red card and a three-man disciplinary committee agreed with him after reviewing video footage of the incident.
A statement from World Rugby said: "The disciplinary committee concluded that, although Mr Mumm had committed an act of foul play (as he had accepted), the particular circumstances of the incident meant that Mr Mumm's actions would not have warranted a red card.
"Accordingly, no sanction was imposed and Mr Mumm is therefore free to resume playing immediately."
England will be without Wasps star Elliot Daly after he was banned for three weeks on Monday following his red card against Argentina at Twickenham on Saturday.
Daly was sent off in the fifth minute of England's 27-14 victory for tackling the Pumas' Leanardo Senatore in the air.
