Italy coach Jacques Brunel has made four changes to his starting XV for Saturday's Six Nations clash with Scotland in Rome.

Kelly Haimona, who started four games in last year's tournament, will start at fly-half in place of Carlo Canna, who has been ruled out with a muscle injury, with Edoardo Padovani providing cover on the bench.

Mogliano full-back David Odiete, who made his debut in the 23-21 defeat in France in the tournament opener, returns from an ankle knock with Luke McLean dropping out.

Lock George Biagi fractured a rib during Italy's 40-9 defeat to England last time and will be replaced by Joshua Furno, who missed the first two matches due to injury.

Hooker Leonardo Ghiraldini has also recovered from an injury he sustained during the World Cup and is back for his first appearance since November in place of Ornel Gega, who fractured a cheekbone against England.
