Francois Trinh-Duc's inclusion is the only change to France's starting XV ahead of their Six Nations match against England in Paris on Saturday.
Lionel Beauxis drops to the bench for the game at the Stade de France against the reigning champions having started France's last two matches - a 32-26 defeat to Scotland and 34-17 win over Italy.
Trinh-Duc had been left out of Jacques Brunel's original Six Nations squad, but an injury to Matthieu Jaibert in their opening defeat to Ireland and the suspension of Anthony Belleau following a night out in Edinburgh after the loss to Scotland has seen the 31-year-old return to the fold.
Toulon No.10 Trinh-Duc, who has 64 caps, was given only 10 minutes against Italy, kicking a conversion three minutes after coming on.
His last start for France came in November's 23-23 draw at home to Japan.
