Wales have made three changes for the World Cup quarter-final against South Africa at Twickenham on Saturday with Tyler Morgan, Gethin Jenkins and Dan Lydiate all starting.
Newport Gwent Dragons back Morgan, who started in the 23-13 win over Fiji, returns to the team at outside centre to partner Jamie Roberts.
George North moves from midfield to the left wing in place of the injured Liam Williams.
In the pack, Jenkins comes in at loose-head in place of Paul James, while Lydiate - who underwent surgery on an eye socket just two days the win over Fiji - wins back his place in the back row in place of Justin Tipuric. Skipper Sam Warburton will switch back from the blindside to the openside flank to accommodate Lydiate at No 6.
James and Tipuric, who started in last weekend's 15-6 defeat to Australia, will begin the game on the bench.
Coach Warren Gatland said: "After coming through an incredibly tough pool, we are excited to be in the quarter-finals and returning to Twickenham.
"The physicality and intensity of the matches so far will stand us in good stead for what is going to be a huge battle against the Springboks.
"They have grown game-on-game in this tournament and we know the challenge that faces us from a talented South African side."
Wales lost 16 games in a row to South Africa between 2000 and 2014, but beat them 12-6 in Cardiff the last time they met last year.
