Joe Launchbury has been banned for two weeks for kicking an opponent during Saturday's win against Fiji and will miss England's remaining autumn Tests.

The committee accepted the incident was reckless rather than intentional and imposed the minimum four-week ban, reduced to two weeks because of his good record and guilty plea.

That timescale nonetheless deprives Eddie Jones of his first-choice lock for the upcoming games against Argentina and Australia as England aim to complete a clean sweep of autumn wins.
