Tries from Jonathan Joseph, Elliot Daly, Semesa Rokoduguni, Teimana Harrison and Joe Launchbury gave England a 31-0 lead early in the first half.
Fiji then fought back with three tries of their own, while Owen Farrell added a penalty for a 34-15 scoreline shortly after the break, before England piled on a further four tries to record a comfortable victory.
