Owen Farrell and Sam Burgess are among three changes to the England starting line-up for Saturday's pivotal World Cup clash with Wales at Twickenham.
Stuart Lancaster revealed his team on Thursday morning and confirmed his well-publicised decision to drop George Ford to the bench in favour of Saracens fly-half Farrell.
Burgess - who appeared as a substitute in England's win over Fiji - comes into the side at inside centre, with Brad Barritt moving to number 13 in place of the injured Jonathan Joseph.
Bath star Joseph, who was a revelation during the RBS 6 Nations, sustained a chest injury against Fiji and Sky Sports understands he is a major doubt to be fit for the game against Australia on October 3.
There is one change in the pack where Farrell's Saracens team-mate Billy Vunipola comes into the team at number eight in place of Ben Morgan. The Gloucester Rugby man is still struggling with a knee complaint.
Meanwhile, James Haskell and Alex Goode are both included in a 23 for the first time at this tournament, covering the back row and the back three respectively.
England head coach Lancaster said: "We have a lot of respect for the Wales coaching team and their players.
"They are a high quality side and I am sure it will be some occasion on Saturday evening. The support at Twickenham last week was incredible with the crowd really getting behind us.
"We will need them again this week to lift the players against a tough Wales team."

Former England fly-half Toby Flood has warned that Ford's relegation to the bench through no fault of his own could leave the 22-year-old psychologically scarred, claiming he has every right to feel "pretty devastated".
