The #FANVAN crew conclude their epic journey around the UK and Europe with a trip to Cardiff ahead of the latest leg of the Volvo Ocean Race.
Scott Quinnell and the #FANVAN team, minus Bear who has gone back into hibernation, brought the van out of the garage for one final hurrah at the Volvo Ocean Race.
Scott and Legs had the experience of a lifetime as they got to be the leg jumpers for the Turn The Tide on Plastic Boat which is competing in the round the world race.
The team was just beginning their leg from Cardiff Bay to Gothenburg, Sweden. While the winds weren't as strong as they'd hoped they had an amazing time with the race crew led by renowned skipper Dee Caffari.
Scott used all his muscle to help get the mainsail up and also gave the team one of his infamous pep talks a la School of Hard Knocks to get them motivated ahead of the race.
